Match Overview
Hungary take on Serbia at the Puskas Arena in the UEFA EURO Qualifiers on 14 October. While the home team will be backed by the vociferous crowd, the visiting side will feel that they too can manage to get something out of this game owing to their strong attacking lineup. Hungary's defence might be tested to its core in this game.
Key Highlights
There have been a total of four games played between these two teams in the past, out of which Hungary have won two. Serbia have been victorious on just one occasion while the one other occasion was when the two teams played out a drawn encounter. When these two teams last met, in September earlier this year, Hungary beat Serbia 2-1.
Injury Report
Serbia will have to make do without the services of Nemanja Radonjic and Mihailo Ristic for this game whereas Hungary do not have any of their players unavailable. This will act as a big blessing for the home team.
Prediction
Hungary appear to have a slight advantage over Serbia but it will not be as clear-cut as we are making it out to be. Serbia have some players who play in the best leagues in the world and have a lot of experience under their belt. Hungary, on the other hand, seem quite inexperienced in comparison. We expect BTTS (both teams to score) in this game.
